- The Tender shall state the cost of the services in accordance with Form VII. - The Contracting Authority shall accept tenders with the cost related to integration and set-up being at maximum of 75,000 euros without VAT (Form VII section 3); - The Contracting Authority accepts tenders in which the hourly rate for additional work does not exceed EUR 250 excluding VAT (Form VII, section 4).
