The Tender shall include a request to participate in the Public Procurement, signed by a legal or authorized representative of the Tenderer, and a statement regarding the validity of the tender in accordance with Form I. Pakkumus peab sisaldama Pakkuja seadusjärgse või volitatud esindaja poolt allkirjastatud taotlust Riigihankes osalemiseks ja kinnitust pakkumuse jõusoleku kohta vastavalt Vormile I.

The Tender shall contain a tender compliant with the Technical Specifications. All tables in the Technical Specification and Annex 1 - Functional Requirements must be filled as per the requirement defined in clause 3 of Technical Specification. Pakkumus peab sisaldama hanke Tehnilisele kirjeldusele vastavat pakkumust. Selleks esitab Pakkuja Tehnilises kirjelduses (Technical Specification) ja Lisas 1 (Annex 1 - Functional Requirements) toodud tabelid täidetuna vastavalt Tehnilise kirjelduse punktile 3.

The Tender shall state the cost of the services in accordance with Form VII. - The Contracting Authority shall accept tenders with the cost related to integration and set-up being at maximum of 75,000 euros without VAT (Form VII section 3); - The Contracting Authority accepts tenders in which the hourly rate for additional work does not exceed EUR 250 excluding VAT (Form VII, section 4). Pakkumus peab sisaldama teenuse maksumust vastavalt Vormile VII. - Hankija aktsepteerib pakkumusi, mille integratsiooniga seotud kulude maksumus ei ületa 75 000 EUR käibemaksuta (Vorm VII punkt 3); - Hankija aktsepteerib pakkumusi, mille lisatööde tunnitasu maksumus ei ületa 250 EUR käibemaksuta (Vorm VII punkt 4).

The Tenderer shall submit to the Contracting Authority a production offer for the online version of the instant lottery in accordance with the description and requirements set out in Clause 3 of Annex 5 (Sample Production Offer). Pakkuja esitab Hankijale kiirloterii veebiversiooni tootmispakkumise vastavalt Lisa 5 (Annex 5 – Sample Production Offer) punktis 3 toodud kirjeldusele ja nõuetele.
