Apdrošināšanas brokera pakalpojumu sniegšana pasūtītājam, lai nodrošinātu pasūtītājam konkursa nolikuma (turpmāk – nolikums) 4.2. punktā minēto apdrošināšanu (nolikuma 4.1. un 4.2. punktā minētie pakalpojumi turpmāk kopā – pakalpojumi) saskaņā ar nolikuma tehniskajā specifikācijā (nolikuma 1. pielikums) noteiktajām prasībām un līguma projektā (nolikuma 3. pielikums) iekļautajiem nosacījumiem. / 4.1. The provision of insurance brokerage services to the contracting authority in order to arrange the insurance referred to in Paragraph 4.2 of the Tender Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"; the services referred to in Paragraphs 4.1 and 4.2 of the Regulation are hereinafter jointly referred to as the "services") to the contracting authority in accordance with the requirements laid down in the technical specification of the Regulation (Appendix 1 to the Regulation) and the provisions of the draft contract (Appendix 3 to the Regulation).
