Purchase of Rotary valves The object of the purchase is volumetric feeding device (rotary valve) to directly feed of non-homogeneous material (SRF, RDF, paper, shredded plastics, tires with particle size up to 50*50 mm) into pneumatic conveying lines with design, manufacturing and supply for Enefit 280. The subject of the procurement contract is not related to the activities of the network sector specified in § 146-147 of the Public Procurement Act. The ultimate purpose of the contract is the production of oil, for which the Public Procurement Act does not apply for the Contracting Entity. The competition procedure will be carried out in compliance with The Law of Obligations Act of Estonia (§ 1009-§ 1013) and other valid legal acts and requirements set out in the source documents of the competition.
