Electrolyser stack preparation

The subject of the contract is not related to the activities of the network sector listed in § 146-147 of the Estonian Public Procurement Act. The competition procedure is carried out in accordance with the Estonian Law of Obligations Act § 1009 - § 1013 and relevant legislation and instructions and other basic documents prepared by the Contracting Authority. Enefit Solutions AS (the Client), in collaboration with H2Electro OÜ, is developing a high-temperature solid oxide electrolyser prototype (target electrical input: 10–12 kW) designed for co-electrolysis of H₂O and CO₂ to produce hydrogen and syngas. As part of this development, the Client is seeking a qualified Contractor to perform stack assembly services using solid oxide electrolysis cells (SOECs) supplied by the Client.
