In summary, the Scope of Work under the Contract includes, inter alia, the provision of those services, that labour, material, equipment and works as required of the Contractor and as defined in more detail, but without limitation, in the Tender Documents, and as otherwise required to meet all requirements set forth in the Contract or implied by the Contract, all in accordance with the terms of Contract.
