LT - Viešųjų pirkimų tarnyba planuoja pirkti Centrinės viešųjų pirkimų informacinės sistemos (toliau – CVP IS) atnaujinimo, priežiūros ir vystymo paslaugas (toliau – Pirkimas). Šio Pirkimo tikslas įsigyti CVP IS, užtikrinančią automatizuotus ir skaitmenizuotus pirkimų procesus nuo pat pirkimų suvestinės paskelbimo iki pirkimo procedūrų pabaigos. Pirkime CVP IS atnaujinimas suprantamas kaip naujos CVP IS sukūrimas, atsižvelgiant į tai, kad atsirado poreikis iš esmės pakeisti įdiegtus duomenų tvarkymo procesus, technologinius sprendinius, naudotojų poreikių įgyvendinimo būdus, taip pat užtikrinti saugų, efektyvų ir teisės aktų reikalavimus atitinkantį duomenų tvarkymą. Kviečiame tiekėjus susipažinti su paskelbta preliminaria Pirkimo technine specifikacija ir raštu CVP IS priemonėmis (kai tiekėjas registruotas CVP IS) arba elektroniniu paštu rinkos.konsultacijos@vpt.lt (kai tiekėjas neregistruotas CVP IS) aktyviai teikti pastabas bei pasiūlymus ir tokiu būdu dalyvauti rinkos konsultacijoje. EN - The Public Procurement Office plans to procure services for the renewal, maintenance and development of the Central Public Procurement Information System (hereinafter – the CVP IS) (hereinafter – the Procurement). The objective of this Procurement is to acquire the CVP IS, ensuring automated and digitalised procurement processes from the publication of the procurement summary through to the completion of procurement procedures. For the purposes of this Procurement, the renewal of the CVP IS is understood as the development of a new CVP IS, taking into account the need to fundamentally change the implemented data processing processes, technological solutions and methods for meeting user needs, as well as to ensure secure, efficient data processing that complies with the requirements of legal acts. We invite suppliers to review the published preliminary technical specification of the Procurement and to actively submit comments and proposals in writing via the CVP IS tools (where the supplier is registered in the CVP IS) or by email at rinkos.konsultacijos@vpt.lt (where the supplier is not registered in the CVP IS), and thereby participate in the market consultation.

Viešųjų pirkimų tarnyba, planuoja įsigyti virtualios atestacijos sistemą (toliau - VAS) kaip paslaugą, kurios tikslas suteikti galimybę asmenims laikyti VPT parengtą viešųjų pirkimų specialistų atestavimo egzaminą, užtikrinant sukčiavimo, papildomų informacijos šaltinių ir neleistinos išorinės pagalbos priemonių naudojimo prevenciją.
