Testing of solid oxide electrolyser stacks

The subject of the contract is not related to the activities of the network sector listed in § 146-147 of the Estonian Public Procurement Act. The competition procedure is carried out in accordance with the Estonian Law of Obligations Act § 1009 - § 1013 and relevant legislation and instructions and other basic documents prepared by the Contracting Authority. Enefit Solutions AS, in collaboration with H2Electro OÜ, is developing a high-temperature solid oxide electrolyser prototype (approximately 10–12 kW capacity) capable of co-electrolyzing H₂O and CO₂ to produce hydrogen or syngas. To support this development, the Client seeks an experienced and qualified Contractor to perform comprehensive stack-level testing under realistic high-temperature operating conditions.
