ENGLISH VERSION BELOWPrzedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie specjalnie zaprojektowanych wg. projektu IWC PAN sprężyny talerzowych do urządzeń wysokociśnieniowych amonotermalnych (Autoklaw) A-12. Sprężyny wykonane zostaną przez Wykonawcę ze specjalnego i certyfikowanego materiału Inconel 718/Alloy718 w oparciu o przygotowaną dokumentację techniczną IWC PAN i indywidulane wymagania techniczne Zamawiającego. Wykonane sprężyny talerzowe zostaną poddane testom określającym właściwości mechaniczne w oparciu o określone wymogi techniczne przestawione w dokumentacji technicznej. Przedmiot postępowania w następnym etapie zostanie skompletowany w 4 sztukowe zestawy stanowiące tzw. odciągi sprężynowe jako elementy konstrukcyjno-uszczelniające zamknięcie autoklawów A-12.The subject of the contract is the manufacture of specially designed disc springs according to the IWC PAN design for high-pressure amonothermal devices (autoclaves) A-12. The springs will be manufactured by the Contractor from special, certified Inconel 718/Alloy718 material based on technical documentation prepared by IWC PAN and the individual technical requirements of the Ordering Party. The manufactured disc springs will be subjected to tests determining their mechanical properties based on the specific technical requirements set out in the technical documentation. In the next stage, the subject of the proceedings will be completed in sets of 4 pieces constituting so-called “spring lashings” as structural and sealing elements for the closure of autoclaves A-12.
