Services for ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27005, ISO/IEC 27032 and ISO 27035 training courses (Moldova)

The object of the procurement contract is the services on the provision of ISO/IEC 27005, ISO/IEC 27032 and ISO/IEC 27035 Foundation level training courses and ISO 27001 Lead Implementer level training courses. (see Annex 2). The Contracting Authority has no obligation to order all trainings in case if the total value of the tenders in lot 1 and lot 2 together exceed the estimated cost of this procurement. If the lowest submitted tenders exceed the estimated cost, the Contracting Authority has right to reduce the number of the trainings provided. If such the reduction is needed, the Contracting Authority will not include the cost of the cancelled trainings into the evaluation. The present procurement is divided into lots as described in the Technical Requirements. A tenderer can submit the tender in Lot 1, Lot 2 or both.
