2024/09 - Public tenders from Riigihangete register (riigihanked.riik.ee) for Public utilities (CPV 65000000-3)

Balance Operator (BO) will be obliged to provide four types of services and: 1. BO will buy from the Tuuleenergia and resell to the electricity exchange all electricity distributed to the grid from the wind farm. 2. BO will also provide the Tuuleenergia with the electricity taken from the grid necessary for operation of Client’s power station. 3. BO will act as the balance operator for the Tuuleenergia. 4. BO will report all transactions between the Client and the BO according to REMIT regulation. Bilansihaldur (BO) on kohustatud pakkuma nelja tüüpi teenuseid ning: 1. BO ostab Tuuleenergialt ja müüb elektribörsile edasi kogu tuulepargist võrku jaotatud elektri. 2. BO varustab Tuuleenergiaga ka Kliendi elektrijaama tööks vajalikku võrgust võetavat elektrit. 3. BO tegutseb Tuuleenergia bilansihaldurina. 4. BO teatab kõigist Kliendi ja BO vahelistest tehingutest vastavalt REMIT määrusele.

AS Eesti Raudtee hoonetes elektripaigaldiste käiduteenuse raamleping 2024- 2027. Raamlepingu kehtivus on 36 kuud Raamlepingu sõlmimisest. Hanke ese on täpsemalt kirjeldatud HD Lisas 1.
